Henry The VIII Inspired Bathroom
Project notes
A bathroom fit for a King..well sort of. With a love of the past, our clients in this Mountain Lakes home took there inspiration from the infamous King Henry the VIII and the English Tudor style.
What better way to reflect that style than with chestnut stained cabinets & white oak beams, Mercury Mirrors inset in the doors panels, Polished Carrera marble floors with Bardiglio Marble Greek Key borders and a pair of Lefroy Brooks exposed thermostatic mixing valves for the rain shower and soaking tub.
To keep things warm and cozy on those chilly mornings we added electric radiant floor heat by Warmly Yours, Heated towel Bars, Hydronic baseboard and Toe Kick heaters for a quick boost of heat.

Project Testimonial
I recommend MFM if you are looking for professional craftsmanship and design. I hired MFM through my designer to remodel my guest bathroom this past October. The bathroom came out flawless due to the incredible attention to detail by Marcus, Jonathan and Michael working day to day doing things right instead of taking short cuts. Michael did an incredible job with the Carrera marble. I was very pleased with the way they managed the dust during demolition as well as how they moved through my home with caution and respect for my belongings.
They were very informative in discussing each step of the project so that we all understood the problems encountered and potential resolutions to them. This is never an easy process to go through but look at the result. I understand that pictures of my bathroom are posted on their facebook page “henry VIII inspired bathroom” My remodeled bathroom incorporates classic designs of an old tudor with modern elements. Well done guys!
